Nigeria: In The beginning

From the very beginning, I knew my life’s mandate was tied to leadership and entrepreneurship. My passion has always been to raise a generation of young people equipped with the skills and courage to build, to innovate, and to transform their communities. In 2004, that passion took form when I registered my first company and launched the School of Developing Future Leaders in Nigeria, West Africa. There, we trained hundreds of young people in practical skills—how to start small, how to dream big, and how to take their first steps as entrepreneurs.
South Africa: Trials and Transitions
In 2010, my journey shifted,
I moved to South Africa, carrying with me the same vision but facing new realities. By 2016, life pushed me yet again this time through the painful force of xenophobic attacks that targeted immigrant families like mine. I was compelled to relocate my wife and three daughters to America, a land that, to my gratitude, received us with open arms.
America: New Roots:
In New Jersey, I planted new roots, quite literally, by starting a farm in Monroe Township. We grew African vegetables, spicy bell peppers, corn, and other crops that connected us back to home. Our community embraced it, and I saw once again how entrepreneurship can bridge cultures and meet needs.
Expanding the Vision:
Writing, publishing, and mentoring soon became another arm of my mission. Through my online programs, I’ve been able to train and inspire young leaders across different continents. Today, my focus is deeply connected to America’s upcoming 250th anniversary of independence. I believe this moment calls us to prepare the next generation, not just to celebrate history but to actively shape the future through entrepreneurship and leadership.
Looking Ahead:
After more than 25 years in the marketplace, I have come to see that learning never stops. That’s why I enrolled in this Master’s in Entrepreneurship program: to sharpen my understanding of the U.S. economy, expand my global perspective, and close the knowledge gaps that will prepare me for the greater task ahead. My journey is far from over, it’s only expanding, and I know the best chapters are still being written.
